iPhone: You must “trust” the developer in your settings to install.
You can also open it in a Safari browser if you don’t want to have the app on your phone.
Android: You must have the “allow apps from 3rd parties” enabled. This may require you turning on developer settings. This is done by clicking on the About area in settings and clicking on your build number 5 or 6 times. For your specific phone, just Google “How to turn on Developer settings for (Your Phone Model).
